no gi jIU-JITSU + FREE Tutoring summer program

OCG is proud to present our Nogi Jiu-Jitsu program (No-Gi: without the kimono). The martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides many benefits to children that can follow them for life and create better individuals as a whole. Jiu-Jitsu enhances a youth’s ability to problem solve, teaches self-discipline, self-defense, builds confidence, encourages physical activity, and is a great way to make friends.

Our Head Coach for our Nogi Jiu-Jitsu program is Richard Arreola. Our coach is a proud product of the Orange County wrestling community. A former collegiate wrestler under Vince Silva and purple belt under 4th degree Black Belt, Givanildo "Giva" Santana (a.k.a. "The Arm Collector" due to his effectiveness with Arm Bars). Richard is a graduate from Santa Ana College and California State University Fullerton. An avid competitor for his team One Jiu-Jitsu in Irvine and is the Head Jiu-Jitsu Coach for Cal State University Fullerton (CSUF), where he is teaches in the Kinesiology Department. Richard’s goal is to help the youth of Orange County through wrestling and martial arts. To encourage the importance of higher education to help each student reach their full potential.
